What we collect

• Your answers to practice questions, so we can score you and improve the questions. The free diagnostic is anonymous.
• Your email address, if you join the waitlist or buy a plan.
• One cookie, which keeps paid members signed in. We don't use advertising cookies or sell data.
• Basic server logs (IP address, pages requested), kept for security for up to 30 days.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, processes payments. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email and order details with us so we can give you access.

How we use it

To give you access, send emails you asked for (receipts, access links, launch notices), answer support requests, and improve the questions. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Where it's stored

On our own server. We keep account data while your access is active, then for up to 2 years for tax and refund records, after which we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@abaexamcoach.com. We follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and honour equivalent requests under GDPR and US state privacy laws.
